About This List

The Australian Food History Network supports academic research into historical aspects of the cultivation, production, consumption and distribution of food and beverages.

The network provides members the opportunity to present their current research/writing for feedback and comment from their peers, opportunities to hear from leaders in the field about the current research and to exchange ideas, information, support and resources.

The convenors for the group in 2021 are Alison Vincent and Ross Karavis.
